How do I return an item?

You can return items that are defective or purchased the wrong item. To do so is very simple. These steps must be followed. We sell a lot of items and have a lot of customers. These steps are in place so that we can be fast and so that our customers will be satisfied. Return shipping is paid by the customer for returns. Once I receive the item back I will refund the payment. Remember refunds might be delayed if these steps are not followed.

First right on the invoice that was sent with the item that you are returning the item and why. Also include the PayPal registered email address so I can refund the payment back to you when I receive the item back.

Then drop off at your local Post Office. Using what ever form of shipping you want. First Class Mail is the cheapest and also very quick. We do not refund return shipping so please keep that in mind.

 

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item it is very simple. The best way I have found to do an exchange of an item. Is for you the customer to go ahead and purchase another item. That ensures the item won't be sold out, and gets your new item to you much faster. Once the payment of the new item is received I will ship that item out to you. While that one is in route to you, you can send the other one back using the same methods as the "Return method". Once I receive your old item back I refund the payment on that item. Remember It is very important to include you PayPal email address on the invoice. With out the email address it is hard to find your transaction and refund payments.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping on everything is free, unless otherwise specified in the listing. You can upgrade your shipping, which the prices are indicated in the listing.

 

How long does the item take to arrive once I pay?

Once your payment has been received, you item will ship out with in the next business day. Unless the next day is a Sunday or Holiday. Shipping is very hard to predict, in fact it is impossible. We use USPS's suggested shipping times to guess when the items arrive. Of course it could take longer or less time to arrive than what USPS suggests. USPS suggests that all US items will arrivein 3-7 days. US Territories will take longer to arrive, USPS says 7-14 days. Canadian shipping can take up to three weeks, due to customs.

 

Do you ship to an alternate address than the one that is confirmed with PayPal?

Yes, we will ship to any address you want, as long as it falls in to our countries we ship to. However, if the alternate address is not added at time of checkout we can not change the shipping address. The shipping labels are printed as soon as the payment is received.

 

Help! I received the wrong item, what do I do?

If you receive the wrong item, we would like to apologize.Sometimes things do get mixed up. Please send the item back to us. Please include the item number you was supposed to receive and also why you are sending the item back. We will gladly refund the return shipping as long as it is sent USPS First class mail. Only that amount will be refunded. So please don't send it any other way. Once we receive the item back your new item will be sent out same day.

How can I be sure what model phone I have?

To make sure what model phone you have. All you have to do is remove the battery. All phones are different, but under the battery it will tell you what model phone you have. Also different carriers have different models, but it is the same phone. For example. The LG Rumor, is also know as the LG Scoop. Both are the same phone but have different models. The Rumor is the LX260, Scoop is the AX260. Motorola phones are notoriousfor this. So please look and be sure what model you have before you purchase.

How do I pay with a Money Order?

To pay with a money order just get the address out of the invoice during check out. Please include your email address, item number and ebay user name along with a copy of the invoice. Without these things we will have no clue who the money order is for, so it is very important to include those items along with the money order. We do discourage using moneyorders as they are very time consuming, and do delay shipping. We only deposit money orders once a week, and that is when the item will be shipped out. Also you must remember that the money order must be received with in seven days or an Unpaid item dispute will be opened.

How do I get a delivery confirmation number from USPS?

All of out US customers, your delivery confirmation number for you item is emailed to you when the label is purchased. We do all of our shipping labels through PayPal, you should be able to look at the transaction in PayPal and it will show the delivery confirmation number. Other countries, your item can not be tracked outside of the US so there is no delivery confirmation number for you items.

What is the differance between a delivery confirmatioin number and a tracking number?

A tracking number will show you the steps it takes while the package is on its way to you. Also it will give you an estimated time of arrival. Where as a delivery confirmation number is just lets you know when the package is checked into the USPS, and when it arrives at your house.

I Haven't received my item yet, what do I do?

For US customers, check the delivery confirmation number. See when it was shipped and what is going on. They will scan the item when it arrives at your local branch. Us customers, we have seen items take up to two weeks for delivery. If you still haven't received the item after that time please email us. For Canadian customers, we have seen it take up to four weeks for delivery of your item. If you haven't received the item after that time, please email us.

Some of your "buy it now" auctions and check out look different than others whiy is that?

Our business has grown faster than we anticipated so we have had to switch to a better program for our auctions. Some of our auctions look deifferent because we are switching to a new inventory and check out system. It will be a lot more intergrated. The system is designed to streamline the checkout process so that it customer statisfaction is the highest level possible. This will also allow us to expand to other marketplaces and set up our own e-commerce website so that our customers are happier and will come back for their future purchases.
